  • Once a site has been pre-qualified, our team will get in touch and begin working on a customized proposal for your land. We will never offer anything less than a competitive rate—sometimes up to 3-5 times the market value—and once a contract is signed, your payments begin right away.

  • At this stage, we conduct a series of environmental screenings and viability studies to determine project feasibility. These studies happen over a 2-5 year period. They are non-invasive and you can continue to use your land as you please.

  • Once viability studies are complete, project development is fully underway. During this phase, we work on community engagement, permitting, zoning, financing, design and engineering, and, ultimately, construction. Construction for most projects spans 12-24 months from breaking ground. No work is required of you beyond granting access to your land, and we pride ourselves on clear communication every step of the way.
